  I'm a fan of Aldi stores. Love the store layout, with lots of similarity from store to store. Love the quality and packaging of Aldi brands. Like Costco without the bulk purchase requirement.

  I purchased mince meat yesterday, went to cook it tonight & as soon as i opened it i noticed an intense smell, & as I've worked on the butcher industry for many years i know that smell is preservative. ...it smelt like bleach/ammonia/dirty dish water! I started to cook it to see what happened & i almost vomited at the smell! Needless to say it's in the bin. ...so my question is where does it come from & what the hell do you put in it!! Preservative was banned years ago......explanation please!!!

  Wide aisles and high ceilings which help my autistic son stay calmer. Not a huge variety of products but has the basics cheap.

  If you like long lines, no staff for help and twits that think they have stumbled across the biggest bargains while acting like the are posh, this is not place!
