    I never got to use the facilites as I took my business elsewhere as the manager was really rude, sarcastic and abusive towards me for holding a unit from 29th of feb til 12th of march (12 days) and was demanding a payment and stating i had been holding it for a month. When i was told by email and on the phone twice it was fine to hold it for the 12 days if i paid $60 bond, which I did, to then get called and abused by manager 3 days before moving my things into the unit, asking for payment and asking why its on hold for so long and a worker made a mistake about a date and I was blamed for this mistake, when i have been meticilous about dates. Cant review the facilites, but Im giving one star for extremely poor customer service skills.
