    Had gone here for lunch today as service very very poor, cold food, raw chicken in my hamburger, missing drinks and food. I am very disappointed as I will not be going here again.

    Friendly staff, fast service but needs trees around it because in hot months it can remain warm and unpleasant.

    Really disappointed. I love kfc but whenever i visit i have to check the order. It is consistently wrong. I don't know whether it comes down to poor training or poor staff but it is not good enough. Please try to improve the quality of service. I dont want to have to boycott one of my favourite foods.

    Used the KFC app, the order didnt make it to the store, had to reorder once there. Otherwise was fine.

    Customer service needs improving. Staff training also needs improving everytime we order a family meal theres things missing have to always travel back to pick up items
