    - Terrible furniture that doesn't even last.

    Looked at a 3 piece lounge today. They only had the 3seater in stock and would have to order in the 2 armchairs. Windsor Gardens only had the 3 seater and only 1 armchair and they had to order the second armchair. Not very impressed at all

    Always seem to have the stock on hand when purchasing. Helpful staff that don't get in your face too much

    Purchased 3 large items for Daughters room. All 3 separately packed items were missing parts or had wrong parts supplied meaning I ended up making 4 trips to this store in order to assemble everything properly, staff were helpful enough but offered no compensation for the inconveniences. Could have maybe offered partial refund for wasted petrol etc.. but nope nothing, sometimes 10 sorry's isn't enough.

    Worst place ever... They always promise to deliver your goods between a certain time frame to get your sale... Then back track and tell you it's a longer wait period.... Worst buisness ever so much competition these days... Keep treating customers like this and you'll go broke!!!!!

    - When they delivered the furniture to our brand-new house, they made huge holes onto the walls and we had to fix it with our own money!!
