    Excellent service. We had lost the receipt of our tv and needed to claim on warranty. The Media Manager was super helpful and had our problem sorted out within minutes. Great service.

    Literally just walked out of the store after approaching the desk not once but twice to have a call put over for someone to help us in the camera section. Still no one turned up to help us. We were going to be spending around $1000 in preparation for a holiday. Sale lost due to poor customer care. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time and I will not be going back to this store!

    Always friendly helpful staff (when you can grab one). Reasonable size store. Would be good to have Whitegoods in it one day.

    Great service. Jono helped us. As we are not familiar with the products he was very helpful and took his time with us. Highly recommend.

    Great service and assistance. Asked if would price match and got a better price than the price I asked them to match. Staff are young and easy going but helpful when approached for assistance.
