    Nice enough staff. Inflexible working arrangements within the whole Peoples Choice Credit Union.

    What a disgrace, my husband went into the branch this morning to try and activate his new card, and was advised my a Lady to add a app to his phone and then do it. He asked if he could not do this in the branch and was denied. He came home and wanted to close down the account because of this. He also stated that the male before him was also not happy with the same Lady and also walked off. I called the branch manager who then in turned tried to brush me off as she can not identify the Lady from our description ( only 5/6 staff in store). Not happy at all should never be treated like this. We will be closing our account.
