  Edit: ordered at 4:17 and it's now 5:53, I JUST recieve my churros which the employee told me would be fresh but are old and cold. Will not be returning after years of being a vustomer.

  Waited almost an hour for our pizza, when it arrived the guy told me he’d given our drink away to another customer and did we want another... I said yes. That’s what we have paid for and ordered.. he said he’ll bring one back around when he’s next up our area. Keep in mind we are not even a 5 minute drive from the store. I called the store straight up and said it’s not good enough that we have waited so long and our order is not even complete. He said he will send out a drink and pancakes, then promptly hung up. Drink and burnt pancakes got here in 15 minutes. I understand we all make mistakes and I’m patient.. but looking at the rest of these reviews that all say the same as mine.. I definitely won’t be returning. Horrible service and by the sounds of it reoccurring horrible service.

  I will never buy from dominos again! I placed an order online for delivery with dominos munno para a couple weeks ago. I was waiting nearly an hour and hadnt recieved my order. I rang to find out where my order was and was told it was on its way. 15 minutes later it still hadnt arrived. I rang back again and they still tried to tell me that it was on its way. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. Eventually found out they had screwed up with my order and it hadnt even been made yet ! 1 1/2 hours after i ordered it. I told the girl that was unacceptable and i was not going to wait another hour for my food. It was already 7:00 at this point. She cancelled the order and assured me i would recieve the refund in 3-5 business days. Its now two weeks later and the manager wont even respond to my e-mails showing proof that they took my money but i got nothing for it! Ive now escalated it to a dispute claim with paypal to try and get my money back

  Received an uncooked pizza. Manager offered next to no compensation. Pathetic Customer service. Swore towards me over the phone. Extremely unprofessional. There is an issue with a product I got, and now I have to pay for it. Pull your head in Munno. Your staff below are nice, but your manager is rude.

  Been a customer for years. Order was more than 40 minutes late. Matthew from the Munno Para store dropped it off with no apology or even a simple "hello how are you". Then he said they forgot the churros. When I asked he just said he wasn't sure what they were going to do about it.. Then left. Worst service I've experiwnced and I am always very patient. Disappointed at the lack of respect or care.

  Everyone was waiting for 90 minutes and when we called them back the had cancelled my order and gave me some lame excuse why they did it. Has to be some of the worst customer service in the Northern suburbs
